TRACKDAY CANCELLATIONS
We understand it's always regrettable if you have to cancel a trackday you've been looking forward to, and we don’t want you to lose your booking or the complete fee, so we operate a simple and fair cancellation policy;
Informed Cancellation – prior to sending the entry tickets:
£50 cancellation fee retained and the remainder refunded or carried forward to a trackday of your choice operated by Classic Bike Trackdays (valid for 12 months)
Informed Cancellation – after sending the entry tickets:
£90 retained (£50 cancellation fee and £40 for the tickets) and the remainder refunded or carried forward to a trackday of your choice operated by Classic Bike Trackdays (valid for 12 months)
Uninformed Cancellation:
No refund or credit note
